Me llamo Keilys Brito Morales y nací en Cuba el 25 de octubre de 1989. Mi infancia estuvo siempre rodeada de amor y el apoyo de mi familia. Me apasiona el baile; de niña asistí a clases de ballet. A lo largo de mi etapa como estudiante obtuve excelentes resultados académicos, lo que me proporcionó una sólida base para mi educación futura.

Para mi educación superior escogí una carrera en Ciencias de la Computación, de la que me gradué exitosamente. Tras graduarme, trabajé durante nueve años en la Universidad de Ciencias Informáticas como técnica informática. Después fundé un negocio familiar de cuidado infantil, experiencia que me enseñó el valor del compromiso, la paciencia y el amor, y me ayudó a desarrollar habilidades para guiar el crecimiento de cada niño. Me encanta trabajar directamente con los niños, aportando mi creatividad, flexibilidad y calidez. Creo firmemente que "LO QUE SE AMA EN LA INFANCIA PERMANECE EN EL CORAZÓN PARA SIEMPRE".

My name is Keilys Brito Morales, and I was born in Cuba on October 25, 1989. My childhood was always surrounded by love and family support. I am passionate about dancing — as a child I attended ballet classes. Throughout my student years I achieved excellent academic results, giving me a strong foundation for my future education.

For my higher education I chose a degree in computer science, which I successfully completed. After graduating, I worked for nine years at the University of Informatics Sciences as a computer technician. I then started a family childcare business — a transformative experience that taught me the value of commitment, patience, and love, and helped me develop skills to guide each child's growth. I love working directly with children, bringing my creativity, flexibility, and warmth. I firmly believe that "WHAT ONE LOVES IN CHILDHOOD STAYS IN THE HEART FOREVER."

Andreina Palencia Barrios

Mi nombre es Andreina Palencia Barrios, soy venezolana y me desempeño como maestra de educación preescolar con vocación, compromiso y un profundo amor por la infancia. Soy responsable, cariñosa, paciente y muy colaboradora, enfocada en el aprendizaje a través del juego, la exploración y el desarrollo emocional.

Soy maestra de educación infantil con varios años de experiencia. Crecí en México, un país lleno de cultura, valores y tradiciones que han marcado profundamente mi forma de ver la vida y de acompañar a los niños en su proceso de aprendizaje. Esta raíz cultural me ha enseñado la importancia del respeto, la calidez humana, la comunidad y el amor por la familia, principios que reflejo cada día en mi práctica educativa.

Soy orgullosamente madre de tres hijos maravillosos, quienes han sido mi mayor escuela de aprendizaje. La maternidad me ha permitido comprender con mayor profundidad las necesidades emocionales, sociales y educativas de los niños, fortaleciendo mi empatía, paciencia y compromiso. Mi ambición profesional es continuar estudiando y capacitándome para ofrecer siempre una educación infantil de calidad, con amor, respeto y propósito, acompañando a cada niño a desarrollar su máximo potencial en un ambiente seguro, inclusivo y lleno de oportunidades.

I am an early childhood education teacher with several years of experience. I grew up in Mexico, a country rich in culture, values, and traditions that have deeply shaped the way I see life and accompany children in their learning process. This cultural background has taught me the importance of respect, human warmth, community, and love for family — principles I bring into my educational practice every day.

I am proudly the mother of three wonderful children, who have been my greatest school of learning. Motherhood has allowed me to understand children's emotional, social, and educational needs at a deeper level, strengthening my empathy, patience, and commitment. My professional ambition is to keep growing and to always offer high-quality early childhood education with love, respect, and purpose — guiding each child to reach their full potential in a safe, inclusive, and opportunity-rich environment.

Daniela Ruiz

Daniela es de origen cubano, hablante nativa de español y también de inglés. Comenzó su formación musical a los nueve años y obtuvo un título profesional en música. Cuenta con varios años de experiencia trabajando con niños en Oregon, desde bebés hasta los 13 años.

Se describe a sí misma como alegre, comprensiva y altamente adaptable, enfocada en las necesidades individuales de cada niño con empatía y respeto. Formada en los métodos Reggio Emilia y Montessori, los aplica diariamente para fomentar la autonomía, la creatividad y el aprendizaje a través del juego y la exploración. Está comprometida con el desarrollo integral de cada niño en un ambiente seguro donde se sientan valorados y motivados a aprender.

Daniela is of Cuban origin, a native Spanish speaker who also speaks English. She began musical training at age nine and earned a professional degree in music. She has several years of experience working with children in Oregon, from infants through age 13.

She describes herself as cheerful, understanding, and highly adaptable, focused on each child's individual needs with empathy and respect. Trained in Reggio Emilia and Montessori methods, she applies them daily to foster autonomy, creativity, and learning through play and exploration. She is committed to each child's holistic development in a safe environment where they feel valued and motivated to learn.
